The overall average rate of absenteeism in the DELTA PLUS Group was 3.29% in 2017, in improvement in all of the geographical areas compared to 2016. The 1.2% average rate in the French companies is significantly lower than the rate in 2016, and is well below the objective of 4%.

The rate of absenteeism relates to sick leaves, unjustified absences and occupational injuries recorded in 2017.
In most cases, the subsidiaries that show high rates of absenteeism are those engaged in production or logistics, in which occupational injuries occur.
