This involves promoting the right to health for all by ensuring that each employee of the Group benefits from social protection, regardless of the country in which he or she works. This policy is based on a grid analysing the different benefit plans in place in our subsidiaries. This grid brings together the following six coverage themes:
- Health insurance
This policy aims to establish an internal standard for health and social security within the Group, which allows employees in countries with much lower standards to benefit from more advantageous social security coverage.
