Export sales assistant
Delta Plus develops a very strong export business that is among others driven by the Export department.
The purpose of this position is to generate a favourable development of turnover by ensuring a good level of service to clients and prospective clients via the following tasks:
- Manage the orders via their analysis, capture and monitoring.
- Manage client records in collaboration with the Export Managers.
- Monitor international trade operations by completing administrative procedures related to export and also related to the importing countries' current regulations.
- Develop turnover within the client portfolio (promotions, reminders, alternative product suggestion, etc.).
With BTS training in International Business or equivalent, you have a successful first work experience in a sector with technical products. Sociable and dynamic, your communication skills allow you to master a telephone conversation in French and English. Internationally oriented, this position is suitable for people wishing to work in a context of multicultural exchange.
