Monitoring absenteeism rates
  • We have set up dedicated absenteeism alert thresholds based on working conditions. The company’s objective is to keep the absenteeism rate below 3% for all populations.
Making information reliable
  • In order to make the nature of the subsidiary absenteeism data more reliable, we have set up a monitoring system detailing absences per person and an alert rate system.
