Market Unit Manager
The purpose of this position is to manage a foreign subsidiary with the objective of developing sales and promoting all the Delta Plus product lines. The main tasks are broken down as follows:
- Guaranteeing the turnover and profit objectives of the country concerned.
- Organising the work and defining the tools and processes for the implementation of the chosen strategy.
- Establishing the foundations of the human resources management system in order to ensure that the necessary skills are in the right positions.
- Ensuring the balance and stability of the relationship between all the stakeholders: investors, staff, suppliers and clients.
With a tertiary education, you have at least 10 years experience in a business unit management position within a competitive environment.
Your proven leadership and your communication skills will be undeniable assets in this position.
Due to your excellent knowledge of PPE and your analytical skills, you are able to anticipate opportunities and identify potential obstacles.
Fluent English, or the language of the country concerned, is important.
