Strategic Business Unit Manager
As part of the European and international strategy of the Delta Plus Group, the objective of this position is to develop a range of PPE products, promote them on the market and ensure their profitability. Reporting to the General Management, this position can be detailed in four parts:
- Orienting the operational marketing by defining a range of products that meet the market's expectations.
- Ensuring that the products sell in accordance with the business action plans proposed to the different Market Units (promotions, pricing policies etc.), via the group's sales force or by relying on dedicated sellers.
- Ensuring the competence and reliability of the manufacturers, building on the group's procurement skills and sourcing abroad.
- Ensuring the proper management of the Business Unit.
With a technical tertiary education (engineering or equivalent), you are also familiar with operational marketing tools. Your communication capabilities allow you to be comfortable with groups, leading and delivering them a clear message. Your natural curiosity makes you someone creative and proactive. Along with your product knowledge of the business unit concerned, you know how to manage projects over the medium term and show organisational flair.
It is important to have a very good command of English.
