  • What does your job involve?

My position aims to expand the sales of product lines in the group subsidiaries, with a profitable growth objective.

 

  • Can you explain what that is in more detail?

I have to ensure the deployment of the DELTA PLUS business model within the subsidiaries in order to increase the sales, distribution and profitability of the lines in all the subsidiaries. 
I work with our SBU Manager to integrate and coordinate their product line vision on the operational sales scope and within our subsidiaries.
I am also the subsidiaries' spokesperson to highlight the market needs, competitive analysis and I speak on product launches to explain the technical arguments to our sales force.

 

  • What are the qualities require for this type of position?

It is a position that requires a lot of travelling and therefore a lot of flexibility. Moreover, it is important to have at least English and perfect knowledge of it as I use it every day.
Furthermore, knowledge of sales and operational marketing are real assets to succeed in this type of mission. You should be able to coordinate and form groups and be proactive.
