  • This involves aiming for the professional enrichment of our employees, and providing them with a range of training and development tools enabling them to progress in line with market developments.
  • It also involves monitoring and structing several parameters that contribute to employees’ development throughout the group, access to training, performance evaluation and action plans associated with the achievement of individual objectives.

Group Training Guidelines
  • In 2020, we shared the Group training guidelines with our subsidiaries, to allocate resources to topics that are linked to the Group’s business objectives.
Subsidiary training plan
  • The monitoring of local training plans has been automated. It is analysed at the end of the year to ensure that the guidelines have been respected and to determine the proportion of employees who received training during the year.
Skills framework
  • We have developed a skills framework with the aim of mapping and enhancing the company’s knowledge and skills. This also makes it possible to identify bridges between positions and to facilitate the projection of internal mobility.
  • International deployment began in 2020.
